We currently ship within the UK. We’ll share updates as we expand internationally.
Delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates only. Please allow extra time during busy periods or promotions.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, unless the item is faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email customercare@bycassie.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review this promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

CASSIE products are thoughtfully formulated with high-performance ingredients and without some other ingredients that we have chosen not to include. Our approach to clean beauty is intentional and balanced — focused on quality, safety, and effectiveness rather than trends.
Our products adhere to the Sephora Clean List (EU/UK) standard. Notable exclusions include:

Yes, all CASSIE products are made without the use of animal derived ingredients.
Our products are designed to be gentle and suitable for most skin types. However, as everyone’s skin is different, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully and carrying out a patch test before first use.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and consulting a medical professional before use.
Some products may contain ingredients that could be allergens for certain individuals. Always review the ingredient list and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Preservatives are vitally important in keeping products safe from bacteria. We use preservatives that are the most suitable for each formulation. We do not use parabens.
CASSIE products are tested & then assessed for safety externally to ensure they comply with all relevant regulations.
Our formulated CASSIE products are made in carefully selected factories in the UK and Europe. You can check the country of manufacture of each product on the individual product page or by looking at its packaging. Accessories are usually made in China.
